♦I forgot my password; how can I retrieve it?
Please go to the "login" area located at the top of the website. Please click on "Lost Password" Enter the email address associated with your account and click "Submit" An email will be sent to you shortly with your account password.
Do you offer any deals or discount?
Yes we do! Take advantage of our Volume Discount to unlock maximum savings. The more you buy, the more you save!
♦How do I order a catalogue?
Catalogues are available digitally on our websites.
♦Can I view the line in person?
Unfortunately, we are not currently open for in person viewing.
♦Do you have any in-stock costumes?
We are a made to order company and do not hold any inventory.
♦Can I cancel my order?
We allow 1-2 weeks grace period for any changes or cancellations. After that period, you will unfortunately lose your 50% deposit.
♦Do your costumes come with any accessories?
Yes! All of our Dance Inked Mini's come with a complementary headpiece.
♦How do I pick my costume sizes?
Sizing your kids can be quick and easy! Just follow our chart here
♦ How can I make sure the sizes fit?
We are a smaller fit compared to other dance costume companies. Please follow out size guide for an accurate fit. When in doubt, let the girth determine your size.
♦Can I create my own costume?
Yes you can! Design your own unique look with our mix and match separates.

♦Do you carry any Teamwear?
Yes we do and our Teamwear line can be found here.
Go ahead and customize your Teamwear with adding your logo, sublimation designs, embroidery and more.
♦When will my costume order be arriving?
As all of our costumes are made to order, they will take some time to product. Our Dance Inked collection is 15-20 business days production time, plus shipping. Our Mini's collection is 10 business days plus shipping, and all of our basics such as tutu's, separates and chiffon skirts are a 15 business day turnaround time plus shipping.
♦What is the fixed fee/handling charge?
Handling charge is charged on a per item basis to specifically pay for those expenses required to handle and/or pack and ship the item. This can include shipping materials (boxes, labels, tape, bubble wrap, packing peanuts) as well as any additional services required such as delivery and/or signature confirmation.
